Along Vltava to Purkarec

You can reach the village Purkarec on foot, on inline skates or by bike on the bike trail along the riverbank of Vltava. Just enjoy the magnificent scenery along this trail. You will see for example an old game preserve, a nature reserve Karvanice and the ruins of Karlův Hrádek. In Purkarec, we definitely recommend visiting the Museum of wood sailing and the church from the 13th century shall not be missed, as well. There are informative boards and resting places along the trail. Thanks to the paved surface it is suitable for baby carriages as well.
