Terms and conditions
Company SPV Podhrad s.r.o., registered at Na hutích 661/9, Bubeneč, 160 00 Prague 6, Company ID: 231 15 386, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 421621 (hereinafter referred to as the “hotel”).
These terms govern the mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with or based on a contract concluded between the hotel and another person. These terms apply generally to all hotel guests and agencies with whom a written contract for the provision of services by SPV Podhrad s.r.o. has not been concluded.
- RESERVATION CONDITIONS
Price Information
The price includes VAT (12%). The price is per room per night and includes breakfast unless the guest chooses otherwise. The city tax of CZK 50/person per night is not included in the stay price. This fee is payable by the guest at the hotel reception.
Accommodation and Service Reservations
Accommodation and additional hotel services, and confirmation of the reservation by the hotel, are only possible in writing, i.e., via email. A reservation is valid and binding if the hotel confirms the reservation in writing or the guest receives an automatic email confirmation generated by the online reservation system.
Payment and Refund Conditions
If the client books a rate plan with cancellation options, no advance payment is required. The client provides a payment card as a guarantee, which is only charged in case of cancellation after the free cancellation period or no-show.
If the client books a non-refundable rate plan, immediate payment is required either via payment gateway or bank transfer. In the case of cancellation at any time after booking or no-show, the full amount is always charged.
If the client selects a refundable reservation and pays via bank transfer, the payment will be refunded in full to the same account within 3 working days.
Cancellation Conditions for Refundable Reservations
If you cancel the reservation up to 1 day before the arrival date, no charges or penalties will be applied, and the deposit will be refunded in full. In case of no-show on the day of arrival, a fee of 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
Cancellation Conditions for Non-Refundable Reservations
If you cancel the reservation at any time before the arrival date or do not show up on the day of arrival, a fee of 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
Instructions for Deposit Payment via Bank Transfer
Deposit payment instructions for refundable reservations cancelled 2 or more days before arrival with a full refund:
- a) Card Payment: For reservations made less than 3 days before arrival, only instant card payment is accepted. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway, where the deposit will be charged to your card.
- b) Bank Transfer: Deposit payment via transfer can only be used 3 or more days before arrival. The payment must be made within 24 hours of the reservation; otherwise, it will be cancelled.

- GUEST RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS:
- The guest has the right to use the reserved room and its amenities, as well as the common areas of the hotel.
- The guest is responsible for any damage caused in the room during their stay and agrees to cover the costs of repairs, replacements, or special cleaning; the amount will be determined by the hotel.
- The guest must report any defects or shortcomings during their stay so that they can be remedied.
- The guest must settle all hotel-related charges, including additional services, by the day of departure unless agreed otherwise. In case of non-payment, the hotel has the right to charge the amount to the guest's provided payment card after departure.
- The guest may withdraw from the contract based on cancellation conditions or if the hotel fails to provide agreed services matching the hotel’s standard and facilities.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM on the arrival day; early check-in is possible by prior agreement with the hotel and may incur a fee.
- Check-out time is by 11:00 AM on the departure day; late check-out is possible by agreement with the hotel and may incur a fee.
- The entire hotel is non-smoking. Violation of this rule and smoking in the room or hotel premises entitles the hotel to charge a penalty of EUR 200 for room or premises cleaning. This rule and penalty also apply to electronic cigarettes. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Behavior disturbing other guests during quiet hours (e.g., loud music, TV, shouting in rooms or hallways) is strictly prohibited. Serious violations may result in a fine of up to EUR 400 or police intervention if necessary.
- Dogs may be accommodated upon hotel confirmation for a fee of EUR 15/day.
- HOTEL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS:
- The hotel is obliged to provide the guest with accommodation based on previously agreed services corresponding to the hotel’s standard.
- If the hotel cannot accommodate the guest based on a previously created and confirmed reservation, it must secure appropriate accommodation in another facility.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
If a consumer dispute arises between us and the consumer from a purchase contract or a service contract, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution to the designated body for consumer dispute resolution:

- FINAL PROVISIONS:
- These terms are valid from May 1, 2025, and the hotel reserves the right to amend them. Guests must comply with the current terms.
- The hotel collects the guest's personal data only for the duration necessary to provide the agreed services and does not share this data with third parties.
